Every summer, we offer a creative, fun, faith-building experience for both children and adults known as Vacation Bible School (VBS). Each VBS program has a unique, fun, and inviting theme which is designed to help introduce our area children and adults to Jesus Christ and help them grow in a relationship with Him. VBS usually features fun Bible-based stories, lively and upbeat songs, creative arts and crafts, exciting games (indoor and outdoor), and delicious snacks. Each year we all have a blast! We welcome everyone to join us each summer for VBS as we continue to grow in our faith!
Code JESUS VBS 2024
Code Jesus VBS was a joint ministry between the De Soto Lutheran Church and the New Hope and Retreat Methodist Churches. During this Vacation Bible School, a school bus was available to pick up kids from Prairie View Elementary School following the Jump Start Summer Session or parents can drop their children off at the church.
